Richard brings a wealth of experience from global organisations such as British Airways, Hilton Hotels and The Dorchester Collection. He now runs a boutique learning consultancy, RJE Associates, which helps organisations care-for and nurture their employee and customer experience, to make a lasting positive impact in the world.

David and Vanessa run a highly respected coaching and development consultancy, Human4, that drives organisations to become more mindful, human-centric and people conscious. Their approach has enabled clients such as The Evening Standard (ESI), ITV, Channel 4 and Mr & Mrs Smith to develop a coaching culture into their companies in order to manage change. They encourage leaders and team members to challenge the status quo in order to drive their business forward, taking a people first approach.
